New for 2017 - HIIT Workout of the week.

Are you struggling to get to the gym in this cold weather? 

Why not try this no equipment at home H.I.I.T workout? You won't be disappointed. It takes roughly 10 minutes a round so you can pick the length of workout that's right for you.

Make sure you do some cardio such as jogging on the spot, jumping jacks or high knees for 3 - 5 minutes to warm you up and never forget to carry out your cool down stretches afterwards...
